Sunday Weigh In & 2015 Goals

A new year, a new fat camp and a new weight! EEEEKKKKK!!!!!!!!! I am starting 2015 at a whopping 239.6! I haven't weighed this much since November 2011!

But, I am here to get back on track and get this number down!

2015 is the year of getting back on track!
2015 is the year of thin - it is in!
2015 is the year of attaining ALL of my health and fitness goals!

What are the goals?

1 - Lose 1/2 pound to 1 pound per week for 52 weeks (26-52 pounds total)
2 - Start running again.  Run 5 5k or 10ks.
3 - Do 5 boy push ups
4 - 5 push ups every day
5 - I am abstaining from pop and alcohol.  I am going to see how long I can go without each.
