Don't Ignore the Reseach

The research keeps showing the same data which is amazing.

People who have lost 30+ pounds are TWICE as likely to plan their meals and snacks ahead of time.
You lose 3X as much weight when you share your food diary.
1/3 of the people who lost 40+ pounds exercise 6+ hours a week.
