What can I do about it?
1 - meals
I am going to cut out all social eating functions asap. Client meals will continue and my race days are fine. But my every day badness will end immediately!
I will make tracking a priority.
I have looked into pre packaged meals but I don't want to do it if I don't have to. I will give myself 1 WEEK! If I can't turn it around, I will have to get my meals from Lite and Easy or Jenny Craig to help me with my portions.
I am going to eat on a small plate.
2 - adhere to my workouts
