Good habit

I need to get back into the habit of walking home from work. It doesn't take that much longer to walk than it does to tram. But it takes mental energy and planning. I need to pack all the essentials to walk and get to and from the office to get my gear there. Basically, lots of excuses but no good real reasons.

What if I start small?
Right now I am walking on Tuesdays.
I am going to add Thursdays.
Two days a week is doable!
