Plan to Succeed

There is no doubt that I do better with a plan and with ritual and routine. Thinking equals failure.

Whether it is my diet or my exercise schedule, if I plan it I have a better chance of actually doing it. And the more exercise classes I plan, the more I do.

Monday 10-Mar Hip Hop class
Tuesday 11-Mar Intervals Elliptical
Wednesday 12-Mar Vtread Class
Thursday 13-Mar Treading

I am trying to plan more which will hopefully help with all the new things I have going on in my world. The start of my new business is keeping me extrodinarily busy but I have to remember to put healthy and exercise before all else. Planning and routine REALLY help with this. My goal is to really stick to my schedule this holiday weekend and make March my month of routine and REWARD!
