I'm sick

I told Merilyn and Bryan that I felt guilty for not working out and they said not to run because your body needed its energy to repair itself.  YEAH!!!!  A free pass!!!!

  1. Do you have a fever? Otherwise I read that WebMD says go!!! :) For me, I think exercising with a just a common cold helps clear nasal congestion and I feel extra good about the workout because I didn't let it beat me. I am sure to use lots of sanitizing wipes to keep hands and machines clean.
