1 - Drink 100oz of water per day
2 - Exercise for 20-60 minutes 4-5x per week
3 - Eat brekkie or snack within 45-60 minutes of waking up.
4 - Eat every 4-5 hours
5 - Never eat a starchy carb by itself - alway pair with a fat or protein
6 - get 7-8 hours of sleep eavery night
