It is almost impossible for me to believe but I left fat camp yesterday at basically the same weight I started at. Pause. Deep breath.
I didn't cheat.
I did everything I was suppose to do.
I am in a "I hate my body" and "I don't want to do this anymore" pouting phase.
WTF!!!! That is so not fair. I don't understand how that could happen other than to say perhaps you need to get some medical tests to confirm that there are not any underlying issues.
ReplyDeleteBesides that though, you have to know that you have achieved a lot already, are certainly fitter and healthier and you are looking gorgeous!
I totally agree with that first comment - you look really good and you must be fit. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of your weight is muscle. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Merilyn. You are making more muscle and not seeing the results. I lost 2 lbs body fat, but only 1 lb lost on the scale at Curves this month. If your clothes are fitting better - you are on the right track. Don't give up. It's a life changing 'way of life. Anything worth achieving is worth the work.
