The new Saturday morning routine

It was run the Tan. Now it is run the Tan and then Bikram Yoga. What a way to start the weekend!

Running the Tan

Max heart rate 137

The maximum heart rate was interesting because 220-44=176. Obviously, mine is higher and I am hitting it!
