Follow My Heart Feb - WOW! When you track EVERY SINGLE CALORIE you really start to see where all the little ones add up. Geesh! But at the end of the day, I had about 800 calories left and was going out to dinner. So, I went online and decided BEFORE I arrived what I was having.  Instead of sushi and dumplings, I ended up with yummy teriyaki salmon and miso soup.
