For those of you watching what you are eating - here is an idea of what my menu was today:
Brekkie - choc/pb smoothie
Lunch - cup of veggie soup, chicken tostada
Snack - small apple, 3 celery sticks, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner - 3 lettuce leaf, chicken cups with pineapple salsa
Dessert - 2 choc covered strawberries
It was all REALLY good and came in at about 1300 calories.
As for today's exercise, I can tell I am going to be sore. Too many situps/core exercises. I concentrate so much on cardio that I don't do any weights at home. I have to start doing weights!!!!!
This menu sounds divine......great way to start the day with chocolate and PB! I want this food. Do you have to make this food or is it provided? It's easy to eat if others provide it for you.
