"All right, ramblers, let's get ramblin'."

I am so scared.  This is the big week on the c25k program.  Within the next three runs, I will be running at my blistering 7km/hr pace for 20 minutes straight.  When I finish my program, it will take me 36 minutes to do my 4k.

Then, do I start the c25k program over at 7.5k?  Or 8k?
Tim (at work) says I need to do sprints to improve my speed but how do you do that?  Must look online.

btw - I was overwhelmed by the amount of people willing to do FABULOUS FEBRUARY.  ... ... NOT!
