I am going to try and follow Treading Thursday every week. This is the cardio class you do at Biggest Loser on Thursdays. You can do it swimming, running, elliptical, bike - whatever. Yesterday I ran outside and it was ok.
5 minute warm up
5 minute as fast as you can go
5 minute recovery
4 minutes as fast as you can go
4 minute recovery
3 minute as fast as you can go
3 minute recovery
2 minute as fast as you can go
2 minute recovery
1 minute as fast as you can go
1 minute recovery
It sounds easy, right?
